Start by sitting on your heels with your knees spread apart.

Exhale and press your palms down on your knees while applying gentle pressure.
Round your spine, dropping your head slightly and bringing your chin towards your chest.
Hold this position for a few deep breaths, feeling the stretch in your hips and thighs.
To release, inhale and slowly lift your hands off your knees.
